Learning Ashtanga Vinyasa with AllYoga has been an amazing journey. Teaching from the start of the course made the final week less daunting. Having three teachers, able to give their different perspectives is really useful ! The intensity was challenging. I think the hours off in the last week could be moved and some be in the middle week to reduce burnout.

Vinyasa classes and sequencing were really interesting, it’s fun to be creative! The small group size, along with swapping partners all the time means that by the time you finish the course, you’ve taught lots of different abilities !

Anatomy and physiology is really important to be able to teach yoga in an informed, safe way. The ten hours of learning has really made me think critically about yoga and people’s abilities and potential.

David, Louise and Lauren all brought something special in their own individual ways to the course. The course challenged me in so many ways. I’m not used to such big days as I only work part time, so getting through the 23 days was a massive achievement for me.

The course transformed my idea of whatI thought yoga was. It’s not just a class, it’s a way of life. And I will continue to live a yogic lifestyle as it gives me focus and so many tools to manage my mental health.

I really like the hands-on experience when teaching. If I didn’t come to the training, I wouldn’t know that I could teach like this now. I found the adjustment and Savasana adjustment classes very helpful to me and I do think that we can have some homework or test on the adjustments because I think it is really important for being a yoga teacher.

The yoga philosophy classes are my favorite of all, and the vinyasa classes as well. The yoga philosophy classes opened up a whole new window for my understanding of yoga. And the vinyasa classes were so much fun and useful!

When I applied for this training I wanted to learn to transform my own lifestyle, bringing myself more calmness, think more how to I breath, main goal to be a ‘more tranquil person’. I’m too stressed in my daily life having schedules for everything. Coming to this training definitely transformed me and I am a better, more calm person. I’m so thankful for being here, for being bale to reserve these 23 days for myself and only. To focus on my breath, to be able to mediate which I though was impossible! I know the world is going to be challenging us every single moment but I know I have the tools to breathe, to think, to relax and then move to whatever situation. I’m just so so happy I took the decision to join this fantastic training. I’m taking so much learning in my bag, and in my heart.

I now feel so much more confident to srat teaching and showing all that I have learned with my friends, family and the people that have never had yoga. I’m so excited to start and give, sharing this love with the world.

I learned to overcome my fears, my insecurities, and my doubts about myself. I learned to overcome the sore body, the voice telling me to stop, the voice telling me I’m not able to. All these thoughts we can handle and decide what to do. Thoughts we can control.

As you guys said “half way will be hard and we will have the wish to stop”. This happened. However we are all stronger than this voice and I made it!! BIG thank you!! Guys you are awesome!! The view from the Shala is incredible! Thanks so much to our teachers, who were very supportive and understanding. The course itself is really informative and after graduating, I feel 100% ready to teach. For sure Ashtanga is not an easy style of yoga, but for those who like to challenge themselves, this YTT is right for you!
