Training Overview

Join us for 5 days of Acro Yoga and fun! Our program covers how to master the AcroYoga foundations and we are excited to introduce you to Dynamic sequencing. Discover and study in-depth methodology of how and why ‘your vision defines your practice’. This program boasts creativity, foundational and a dynamic syllabus with expert teachers. Your knowledge and movement will expand and you will advance your AcroYoga journey quickly with an eye for detail.

Prerequisites

  • Yoga Practioner/Teacher or Movement Background for minimum 2 years.

Yoga in Bali

Nusa Lembongan is a pristine island located just 30 min from Sanur, Bali. Enjoy authentic culture and a tropical climate in this relaxed setting. The idyllic beachfront shala will have you practicing to the sound of waves and gentle sea breezes. The evenings have glorious sunsets that easily inspire inward focus, mindful reflection and deep meditation.

Our new shala is located on the sandy beach of Jungut Batu, Nusa Lembongan. The space was thoughtfully designed to facilitate the exploration and integration of yoga in everyday living. The traditional thatched roofing is naturally ventilated with openings on three sides. Feel the warmth of the tropics with regular breezes to keep it comfortable.

Accommodation

Even though Nusa Lembongan is a quiet little island, there are many accommodation options for everyone. Whether you’re on a tight budget or are looking for a luxurious getaway including full services, you’ll find an array of choices within easy distance of the yoga shala.

Within a couple of hundred meters in any direction you can find a room for as little as 25USD. Rooms on the beach can be found for around $20-50. If you venture further out, you’ll have even more variety of options.

On the south end of Jungut Batu beach are high-end villas with world class facilities and amenities. The views from here down Jungut Batu beach towards Mt Agung are absolutely breathtaking.

Healthy Food

The area offers plenty of restaurants to choose from. they are all within a walking distance from the shala. Delicious Balinese cuisine, international food, vegetarian and raw options are available. Price for a dish start from 4USD.

Please note that the food is not included in the training price.

Koh Phangan’s beautiful beaches offer an escape from stress and the fast-paced modern lifestyle. A serene getaway with a wide range of living options for all budgets; there are simple, rustic bungalows from around 500 THB/night to mid-range comfortable living and exclusive villa resorts.

Advance booking is possible for some high-end options, though not required for bungalows or dorms. On your first day, we will help you find the accommodation that suits you best!

Healthy Food

In terms of food options on the bay, there are several restaurants offering delicious Thai, international, vegetarian and raw cuisine. Prices for Thai dishes start at around 100 THB.

Eugene Vegan Butcher

Eugene Vegan Butcher is a registered Senior Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals, a level 2 AcroYoga Teacher with AY International and a Master NLP practitioner.

He was previously a martial arts instructor and international examiner helping many become black belts and excellent instructors.

He has innovated several handstand training methods. Eugene is an author and featured regularly in Yoga Magazine, Om Yoga Magazine, and Vegan Lifestyle Magazine.

He has studied with handstand masters such as Sainaa, Yuval, Jason Nemer, Fons, and others while also testing his own theories.

Pip Elysium

Pip Elyisum is a Yoga Teacher and facilitator for AcroYogaDance. Pip has shadowed and studied with inspiring Acrobatic Handstand teachers, Master Sainaa and Fons, and continues to share her passion through Standing Acrobatics and AcroYogaDance.

Pip is dedicated to inspire and help students achieve their dreams, encourage success and rise to the top of their capability of practicing AcroYogaDance.

Pip maintains a weekly class schedule and leads monthly workshops worldwide. She regularly writes for doyouyoga.com, Yoga Magazine, and Om Yoga Magazine.
