Upon graduation from this course, you will be eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Teacher in the 200 Hour Category (RYT 200).
We offer courses in four carefully selected locations in India. We schedule each of our start dates in alignment with the best weather in each place. From April to September we run our training in Dharamshala and Rishikesh; from October to March we operate in Gokarna and Goa.
We provide you with clean, comfortable, and safe accommodations located close to the yoga shala. Depending on your preference, rooms are either shared between two students or private. These simple but cozy rooms are the perfect respite for rest and relaxation between training sessions. You will step out of your door straight into nature and fall asleep with the sounds of the ocean or mountain breeze. The fresh air and beautiful landscape will fill your soul with happiness and peace.
3 healthy, energy-boosting vegetarian (vegan friendly) meals per day are included, from Monday to Saturday. Our kitchen staff pride themselves on their selection of local, fresh, and seasonally-appropriate ingredients. We aim to give you all the energy you need for this intensive time. Let us nourish your soul and fill your body with prana supporting meals!
Sunday is a holiday for staff and students, and we encourage you to try some of the delicious food on offer in the surrounding area.
