Getting to Mysore for your yoga training at All Yoga Training – Yogadhaama Retreats is simple and convenient. International flights can be booked to Bengaluru International Airport (Kempegowda International Airport), which is the closest major airport. From there, it takes approximately 3.5–4 hours to reach Yogadhaama Retreats. Alternatively, you can also book a domestic flight to Mysore Airport, which is just 20 minutes away from the retreat center.

Must-Have Essentials:- Yoga Mat: Please bring your own yoga mat. Our ashram is nestled in nature, and you won’t be able to purchase a mat on-site. Your mat will be your sacred space for practice.
- Water Bottle: Bring a reusable water bottle to fill with the filtered water provided at the ashram.
- Yoga Clothes: Pack 4-6 sets of comfortable attire suitable for daily sessions. Opt for breathable, quick-drying fabrics appropriate for the climate. There will be laundry facilities available, so you don’t need to bring too many outfits.
- Warm Clothing: Mornings can be fresh. Bring a comfortable long-sleeve light jacket or shawl for early mornings and evenings before or after practice.
- Flip Flops or Easy Slip-On Shoes: You’ll be removing your footwear at the shala and dining spaces, so easy and comfortable slip-ons are ideal.
- White Shirt: Please bring one white shirt for the opening ceremony.
- Personal Items: Toiletries, underwear, towel, wallet, and any other personal belongings you may need.
- Notebooks and Pen: Capture your insights and reflections throughout the course.

- Step 1: Upon landing at Bengaluru Airport, board the FLYBUS to Mysore. These comfortable buses depart every 2 hours, and the journey takes around 3.5–4 hours, costing approximately $10.
- Step 2: Upon arriving in Mysore city, we can organize a taxi to take you to Yogadhaama Retreats (a 20-minute drive costing around $7). Book your bus tickets directly at www.ksrtc.in. Use the following details:

Option 3: Via Mysore Airport
- For a shorter transfer, fly into Mysore Airport (domestic flights only). From here, it’s just a 20-minute taxi ride to the retreat center, which we can help organize.

Check-In Day (Day Before Training Begins):- Check-In: Accommodation is included in your package, and you are welcome to check in the day before the training officially starts.
- Welcome Ceremony & Dinner: We’ll meet on the evening of check-in day for a warm welcome ceremony, followed by a shared dinner to connect and set the tone for the journey ahead.

- Location: Our serene yoga shala at Yogadhaama Retreats.
- What to Expect: Your yoga teacher training will officially begin with a rejuvenating 1.5-hour yoga class.

- Training Conclusion: The program will conclude around noon on the final day.
