Getting to Phuket is easy and convenient, thanks to its international airport (HKT) with direct flights from many major cities around the world. Alternatively, you can connect through Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi or Don Mueang airports, with frequent domestic flights to Phuket.

Visa
For most nationalities, you can enter Thailand without a visa and stay for up to 30 days under the Visa Exemption scheme. This should be sufficient for the duration of our course. If you plan to stay longer, please make sure to apply for the appropriate visa in advance.
Money
While there are ATMs available, it’s worth noting that they can be a bit temperamental at times. To guarantee your financial peace of mind, we suggest bringing some cash with you. Additionally, there are convenient currency exchange facilities on the island if you need to convert your currency. Most establishments do accept card payments, please be aware that a nominal 3% processing fee may apply. This way, you’ll have the flexibility to embrace every moment of your training without any financial worries.

Must-Have Essentials:- Yoga Mat: Please bring your own mat: your own sacred space for practice.
All Yoga sells yoga mats for 2000 THB (around 60 USD) to be paid in cash on arrival. Please message Tiffany on WhatsApp here if you would like to purchase one. - Yoga Towel: The practice gets sweaty! Do bring a small, light sweat towel.
- Yoga Clothes: 4-6 sets of comfortable attire for your daily sessions. There will be laundry services, don’t bring too many outfits.
- Casual Clothes: for when you’re not in the training. Bring something nice for graduation as well (e.g. a dress for the ladies)
- Swimwear (obviously)
- Flip flops: You will be in these most days.
- Notebooks and Pen: Capture your insights and reflections.
- Sunscreen and Insect Repellent: Embrace nature while staying comfortable.
- Travel adapter: It’s recommended to bring a universal travel adapter that covers Type A, B, and C plugs. This ensures you can use your devices without any issues.

First and last day
With your journey fast approaching, we’re excited to outline the schedule for the first and final days of your training:
First Day:- Start Time: 7:30 AM
- Location: Our vibrant yoga shala in Panwa, Phuket, found here.
- Arrival: We kindly request you to arrive early, ensuring a prompt start to our program. Do arrive at your accommodation at least one day before the training to settle.
- Your yoga teacher training will commence with a rejuvenating 1.5-hour yoga class.
- What to bring for your first session: yoga mat, sweat towel, water, and wear yoga attire.
- On the final day of our journey, the training will conclude around noon.
- The earliest departure from Phuket would be around lunch time. Please plan your travels and flights accordingly.
