This is a 23-day comprehensive dual certification program to explore all facets of Hatha Vinyasa Yoga & Yin yoga. A complete Yin and Yang Yoga Teacher Training experience that is carefully designed to enable you to discover your true Self, open your heart, and embody the teacher within with confidence and grace.
The yang part of the training consists of 170 hours of fluid, rhythmic Hatha Vinyasa flow with an emphasis on linking internal awareness with external body movement. As well, we respect the way of traditional Hatha yoga and its powerful healing practices: kriyas (cleansing techniques), asana (yoga postures), pranayama (breath extension), dhyana (concentration), and dharana (meditation).
The yin yoga teacher training part of the course includes a 30 hour yin yoga teacher training & Chinese meridians yoga teaching certification. Dive into the deeply nourishing practice of yin, the perfect complement to the yang practice, you’ll learn the fundamentals of yin yoga practice, how it can break free from our emotional obstacles and create balance and space in our body, mind and spirit.

Our 200 hour yoga teacher training in bali is located on Nusa Lembongan, a small island off the Southeast of Bali known to travelers for its chilled vibes, yoga friendly scene and majestic beaches. Just over an hour’s journey by car and ferry from Denpasar airport, Nusa Lembongan is a serene setting to enjoy authentic Balinese culture and the slow-tempo of island life.
The 8km² island has a mellow atmosphere and boutique appeal compared to the faster pace of South Bali, with plenty of food and accommodation options within walking distance. Accommodation to suit all budgets ranges from simple lodgings to luxurious beach resorts, and dining out offers delicious local cuisine, international restaurants and vegan/ vegetarian-friendly options.

There is no shortage of things to do on Nusa Lembongan. On their downtime our students enjoy chilling out on white-sand beaches, swimming in crystal waters and visiting the islands many affordable spas for massage treatments. For the more adventurous, there are lots of ways to get active in nature including surfing, snorkelling, SUP board and diving.
Nusa Lembongan is a car and ferry journey away from Bali’s Denpasar International Airport (DPS), also known as Ngurah Rai Airport. A taxi from the airport to Sanur Harbor takes around 30 to 40 minutes and should cost around IDR 150,000.
From the harbor there are a number of boat operators who travel to the Northwest (Jungut Batu) and Southwest of the island (Mushroom Bay). The boat to Jungut Batu Beach, where the yoga shala is located, takes 30 minutes.
Recommended operators are Arthamas Express (which drops you next to the yoga shala), Rocky Boat Cruise, Scoot Fast Cruise and Glory Fast Boats. It’s recommended to buy a return ticket, costing around USD 40, which can be bought at the harbor or online. Some boat operators offer hotel pick-up and drop off. Please note the last sailing is at 17.30.
Creator of the Soulful Yin Yoga Method, the only Yin Yoga teacher training that specializes in the emotional side of yin yoga and Chinese meridians. Annie embarked on her spiritual journey over 10 years ago. Struggled with anxiety most of her adult life, Annie was tired of living life in chronic fear & despair, she searched for ways to reclaim her happiness. In the last decade, Annie traveled around the world leading yoga teacher trainings while exploring her own spiritual path.
From studying Taoism and Chinese meridians, Anne recognizes the intrinsic connection between our body and emotions. If our physical health declines, it directly affects our mood and therefore affects how we make choices in life. This finding has propelled Annie to create a course that helps others to connect with their emotions so that they can cultivate balances in life.
Applying the decade of experiences and knowledge Annie has acquired, her signature Soulful Yin Yoga Method is designed to help others become a master of their own emotions so that they can be in tune with their truest selves.
Annie holds a Bachelor Degree in Human Kinetics from the University of British Columbia. She is trained in Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) and specializes in yoga anatomy. Aaron is a RYT-500 yoga teacher trainer who offers a deep knowledge from his diverse studies in various forms of yoga; he is also a personal fitness coach and a former professional Muay Thai kickboxing athlete.
Aaron approaches all yoga principles & practices in a rather non-dogmatic manner and offers them to his students in the context of the modern world. He helps his students understand and implement these principles and values into their lives in the most sustainable way. As a teacher, Aaron’s goal is to help his students reach their potential growth by building a daily yoga practice both on and off the mat. Through his approach, Aaron guides his students on their way in achieving their goals.
Aaron now travels around the world conducting yoga teacher training programs in countries such as France, Mexico, Bali, Thailand & Sri Lanka.
Anna is Australian based yoga teacher and studio owner. As a teacher trainer she is based in the Southern Hemisphere, most recently assisting an Advanced 300 hour yoga training in Sri Lanka. Since her first 200 hour teacher training she has gone onto complete two 300 hour Advanced Teacher Trainings, one in Fluid Vinyasa and the other in Yinyasa with Mathieu Boldron. Anna is also a movement generalist with certifications in Animal Flow, Functional Range Conditioning and Kinstretch.
Anna studied a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Movement (anatomy, physiology, biomechanics) from Charles Sturt University, Australia. She has also completed a comprehensive training in epigenetics the Ph360. Her teaching has a strong base in anatomical and physiological alignment and adjustment, she is fascinated by the miracle that is the human body.
Anna wants to share her passion for yoga and living with you during this transformative journey. When you don’t see her playing with inversions on her mat you will find her out on her surfboard riding the natural energy of Mother Nature.

The Standard Ocean Rooms offer every convenience. Step out onto your private balcony to enjoy the fresh island air, relax and read a book or meditate and feel at one with the natural surroundings. A stay in one of our Ocean Rooms is restful, relaxing and inspiring. Please note all the ocean rooms are slightly different, you can see in the pictures interiors vary from room to room, but they are all of the same standard. Also some have better views, while the other ones are better decorated and furnished. Either way they are conveniently located and are our best room category.

The rooms are quite modest, rustic both inside and out, yet clean and comfortable they feature a queen-sized bed, and direct beach access. Relax on your comfy bed facing out over the ocean and take in one of the best panoramas on Koh Samui. Sleep, read or meditate in peace. Modest in terms of size but still to our high standards, the air-conditioned Yoga Caves offer a quiet, personal place to stay for individual travelers. The yoga caves do not have bathrooms en-suite. There is a large shared and public restroom and shower facility located just behind the block of Yoga Caves. The showers have hot water and shampoo provided. A bathrobe is provided in each cave for your comfort. PLEASE NOTE that Yoga Caves are designed for solo travelers.
