  • This hybrid Ashtanga vinyasa yoga teacher training is designed for students who want flexibility. The program combines structured online study with an in-person immersion in Bali, allowing you to complete part of your training remotely before or after joining us for focused, hands-on practice.

    Online Modules

Complete the Anatomy and Yoga Philosophy modules online, in a genuinely interactive format with short but comprehensive lessons and quizzes that make sure the key concepts actually stick. You can complete these modules either before or after the in-person training. Completing them before arriving in Bali is recommended, as it allows you to arrive grounded in the fundamentals and fully immerse yourself in practice, technique refinement, and developing real confidence as a teacher. If you’re joining on shorter notice, you’ll still be fully supported, the modules remain accessible after the training so you can integrate the theory alongside your teaching experience.

    Bali In-Person Modules

Once you arrive in Bali, the training becomes fully immersive. Expect asana practice twice a day, asana clinics to refine alignment and technique and lot teaching practice so you leave knowing how to cue, sequence and hold space with confidence. Between classes, you’ll dive into targeted workshops like inversions, backbends, jump back and jump through mechanics, hands-on assists and adjustments, plus other skill sessions that help you teach safely and support different bodies in real classes.

  • Your questions, answered:

    1. What’s included in the training fee?

The training fee of USD 1,750 includes full tuition for the 200-hour hybrid Yoga Teacher Training, access to all online Anatomy (≈50 hours) and Yoga Philosophy (≈20 hours) modules, all in-person training sessions, workshops, and teaching practice in Bali, comprehensive training materials, and daily snacks and drinks on training days.

For the first 10 students on each course, the fee also includes 12 nights of accommodation in our yoga dorms, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Travel expenses and meals are not included.

    2. How does the hybrid format work, and how much is online vs in person?

This is a true hybrid training, not an online course with a retreat attached.
    • The online portion covers Anatomy (≈50 hours) and Yoga Philosophy (≈20 hours), giving you a deep and comprehensive theoretical foundation.
    • The 12-day in-person immersion in Bali is fully dedicated to asana practice, alignment and technique, teaching methodology, workshops, and hands-on teaching experience.

The format clearly prioritizes what benefits most from being taught face-to-face, while using online study to support, not replace, the immersive experience.

    3. When do I need to complete the online modules, and will I fall behind if I don’t?

You can complete the online modules before or after the in-person training.

We recommend completing them beforehand if possible, as it allows you to arrive with a strong foundation and fully focus on practice and teaching during the immersion. However, the training is intentionally structured so that you will not feel behind if you complete them afterward, including for students joining on shorter notice. You’ll retain full access to the modules after the training.

    4. Will I receive a certification, and how does this differ from your fully in-person trainings?

Yes. Upon successful completion of both the online modules and the in-person immersion, you will receive a 200-hour Yoga Alliance–certified Yoga Teacher Training certificate, allowing you to register as a 200hr RYT with Yoga Alliance.

This certification confirms that you’ve completed a comprehensive, internationally recognized training and are prepared to teach with real knowledge, embodied practice, and confidence.

Compared to our fully in-person trainings, the hybrid format offers greater flexibility and a more accessible investment, while maintaining the same educational standards and immersive in-person depth. Fully in-person trainings remain ideal for those who prefer a completely on-site format, while the hybrid training is designed for students who value flexibility without compromising quality.

5.0 "The program’s comprehensive approach gave me confidence and tools to build my career" .

When I think about turning points, joining All Yoga Teacher Training program stands out in my yoga journey. It was my first 200 Hour yoga teacher training. I walked into that program not really knowing what to expect, but what I found was so much more than a certification—it was a doorway to my dream life as a new yoga teacher.

Today, I’m running my own online yoga course, hosting retreats and even leading international YTTs. None of that would’ve happened without the roots I grew at All Yoga. Their teachers? They were sparks of inspiration, lighting me up with skills and confidence to create something real and transformative for my students. I can still feel the warmth of their guidance.

This wasn’t just a training. It was the foundation for everything I’m pouring into the world as a yoga teacher.

5.0 "The tools and knowledge I gained enabled me to design and lead yoga retreats worldwide" .

The All Yoga Teacher Training lit a spark that changed everything for me. It gave me the tools to grow—not just as a teacher, but as someone who could lead. I started designing yoga retreats across Southeast Asia, and now I’m even a YTT lead trainer here in Thailand. The way they broke down teaching methods, anatomy, and how to really connect with students—it stuck with me. Because of All Yoga, I’m guiding others on their own paths now, feeling solid in my ability to lift them up, just like the team did for me back then.

All Yoga handed me the keys to turn my love for yoga into something real. After finishing my 200-hour YTT, I felt this rush—like I could actually do this. So I opened my own studio, and now it’s this buzzing little community of yogis that I’m so proud of. The All Yoga training flipped a switch for me—smart sequencing, teaching methodology, business of yoga, all of it just clicked. And the All Yoga team? They didn’t just wave goodbye after graduation. They’ve kept cheering me on, inspiring me to grow a space where everyone can find yoga. Forever grateful!

Why Students Love Our Bali Location

Emma, FR All Yoga Graduate – Bali

Living on Nusa Lembongan for the month of my yoga teacher training was a dream. The island is a calm oasis away from the busier Bali hotspots and you are spoilt with things to do. I liked being able to spend downtime exploring the island, learning how to surf and taking in the beautiful natural environment. The best part for me was the yoga shala, which opens out onto the beach. I loved practicing to the soothing sound of the waves. The island’s calming energy was a really good environment for learning; it helps to create space in the mind and better focus.

All Yoga have really found the perfect spot for their teacher training. I loved Nusa Lembongan’s mellow vibe and super friendly locals, not to mention jaw-dropping sunsets. The biggest surprise I had when I arrived was the vast choice of healthy, eco-conscious and affordable cafes and restaurants around. Whether we craved authentic, local cuisine or simple, nutritious dishes, we really were spoilt for choice! I was happy to find that my tricky dietary requirements were the least of my worries, and I was able to fuel my body with nourishing and varied food throughout the entire course.

Liv, UK All Yoga Graduate – Bali

Knowing that the teacher training course would be situated right on the beach, away from the hectic mainland was something that really appealed to me. And I wasn’t disappointed – the island is a true paradise. I enjoyed heading down the beach to the Shala in early in the mornings with no one else around and learning about meditation with waves rolling in just meters away. With a lot of information to take on board, it was great to be able to get alone time at a secluded spot on the beach, at cozy cafes or at my favorite massage spa.

The moment you arrive in Nusa Lembongan you feel like you’re in paradise. Turquoise blue waters, white sandy beaches and the yoga shala right on the beach; I can’t think of a better place to practice yoga! I stayed in one of the guesthouses right behind the shala run by the sweetest local family, highly recommend it! What I love about Lembongan too, there’s so many healthy cafes and restaurants to choose from. Perfect to explore different places throughout the training. During the days off there’s plenty of activity options, such as surfing, diving, island hopping or just a relaxing massage. I’m in love with this island!

I had an extremely positive experience with All Yoga. Primarily, the instructors were exceptional teachers. Each brought their own unique experience, teaching style and background that provided a well-rounded education. The curriculum was well designed and flowed in a way that engaged our knowledge and physical abilities.
Perfect transitions through the program, and a great introduction to yoga beyond just the asanas. The course and teachers were also very accommodating to all skill levels, pushing students who were more advanced while helping beginners grow in their confidence and practice. The property and location were also really lovely and allowed us to disconnect from the outside world. Incredible experience with All Yoga that I will never forget, and one of the best decisions I have ever made.

I've had the most amazing experience and loved every minute. I can't put into words just how great Michelle and Toon are. They are such a credit to the All Yoga team. Honestly couldn't have wished for better teachers. You could always speak to them or cry about anything and they would always say the right thing and be so caring and supportive. For someone who wasn't very advanced when they started, they gave me so much confidence and encouragement, even down to the small things, such as lifting me up into a handstand so I could feel what it was like, as I found it so hard - it really meant the world to me. Both Sam and Christina were great teachers, too, both were really kind.

The course was amazing, exceeded my expectations, I had underestimated what the quality and dedication of the teachers and the spot-on curriculum. I was also a bit concerned as an older female not having an ashtanga practice, but no worries. While it was intense, the immersive experience was fantastic and the journey life-changing.

I started the YTT full of excitement, but also with a lot of self-doubt, especially around whether I could truly connect with the teaching aspect. I never imagined how deeply it would transform me. Over the weeks, I gradually built confidence, let go of old fears, and connected more deeply with myself. It’s funny that sometimes the things we fear the most can actually surprise us in the best way. I felt supported every step of the way by a beautiful group of people and by the four incredible teachers Victor, Marcela, Janina and Tobias.Thank you for sharing so much, for constant support, and for creating such a safe, warm, fun and enriching place. It’s been a truly transformative experience, inside and out. I leave feeling so grateful for having made the decision and for the time I’ve been able to spend in this paradise and surrounded by amazing people.

Beyond the technical aspects, I also really appreciated the space given to personal growth and the connection we built as a group. • Before choosing between hybrid, fully online, or full 23-day in-person training, it’s helpful to understand how each format differs in terms of time commitment, cost, hands-on practice, and overall learning experience. The comparison table below highlights these key differences to help you compare hybrid YTT programs and decide which training style best fits your schedule, goals, and lifestyle.

    Who is Hybrid Training For?

Hybrid yoga teacher training is designed for students who want flexibility without compromising on educational quality or Yoga Alliance recognition. By combining online study with a shorter in-person immersion, this format offers a practical pathway for those exploring how to become a certified yoga instructor while balancing work, family, and other commitments.

    Hybrid training is ideal for:

    • Working professionals who can’t take 23 consecutive days off but still want a recognized certification
    • Parents who need to balance personal growth with family responsibilities
    • Budget-conscious students looking to earn Yoga Alliance certification while reducing travel and accommodation costs
    • Self-motivated learners who enjoy studying theory online at their own pace
    • Students who want the Bali experience but in a shorter, more time-efficient format
    • Career changers who want to explore the yoga teaching path before fully committing to long-term training

This approach offers the best of both worlds: flexible online learning alongside meaningful, hands-on practice during the in-person component, providing a balanced alternative to 100% Online Yoga Teacher Training and making certification achievable without putting life on pause.

Is it safe to travel to Bali?

Thousands of yoga practitioners travel to Bali annually to join a yoga retreat or a yoga teacher training course. It is a very friendly country with helpful locals always ready to assist you should you need it.

As with most tourist destinations, be wary of thieves and protect yourself against petty crime by exercising caution when withdrawing cash from an ATM and making sure not to carry large sums of money on your person. It’s also recommended that you keep your money and valuables close to you to avoid being targeted by thieves on motorcycles.

How do I get to your school from Bali airport?

Upon arrival at Bali’s Ngurah Rai International Airport, you can look forward to a picturesque journey to the serene island of Nusa Lembongan where we are located. To reach this tropical paradise, one must first make their way to Sanur Beach, which is approximately a 30-minute drive from the airport. From there, a scenic 30-40 minute speedboat ride across the stunning turquoise waters awaits. Various companies offer regular transfers between Sanur and Nusa Lembongan. You can find more info in our Nusa Lembongan guide. We will also support you with all travel arrangement once you sign up for a course. so no worry!

    Is food/accommodation expensive in Bali?

Bali has a range of price options for travelers with different budgets. You can spend anywhere from USD 2 to 20 (and above) for a meal. The same goes for accommodation. Hostels with shared dorms start at USD 12/night to pricier hotel rooms with more amenities.

I am a first-time solo traveller, what should I expect in Bali?

Bali is an easy and safe location to travel solo, even as a female traveler. That said it’s best to exercise common sense. Do not venture alone into unsafe areas at night, keep your belongings safe, and correspond with someone you know back home so they know your whereabouts.

It is recommended to have photocopies (print and digital versions) of your passport and travel visas. In the event of loss or theft this will make it easier for your country’s embassy to fast track a replacement.

Do I need a visa to enter Indonesia and can I stay longer than 30 days?

The visa process is straightforward if you intend to stay for 30 days. Indonesia offers a free 30-day tourist visa on arrival for 169 nationalities. Please check the Indonesian Immigration website for more detailed information.

If you intend to stay for more than 30 days you should apply for a visa before you travel via the online e-visa system. Alternatively you can purchase an extendable visa at the airport arrival desk for USD 35; this visa can be extended once (for a maximum of 30 days) by making an application at an immigration office within Indonesia. Ensure that you extend your visa within the initial 30 days to avoid overstay fines.

What should I make sure to bring with me?

It is advised to pack light, breathable clothing suitable for hot weather. You will be practicing yoga six days a week, so make sure to bring enough comfortable options. But no need to over pack, the island has many quick service laundry-mats where you can get your clothes washed for as little as IDR 20,000 per kg.

As with any tropical climate, Bali has mosquitoes. Protect yourself with insect repellent, long-sleeved trousers and tops and after-bite relief.

The island has convenience stores and pharmacies that sell basic toiletries, sunscreen, insect repellent and over the counter medicines. But it is recommended to come prepared, especially if you have particular requirements.

      Useful items to bring are:
    • Charcoal pills / Imodium
    • Rehydration salts
    • High protection sun-screen
    • Poncho (for wet season, October to April)
    • Adaptor (Indonesia uses the 2 pole rounded pin plug)
    • Reef shoes
    • Beach sarong / towel
    • Hand sanitizer

    What about travel insurance?

Travel insurance from a trusted company that covers theft, loss and medical is highly advised. Make sure to check that your package also covers sport related injuries. If you are travelling on, many insurance providers offer longer backpacker packages at cheaper rates.

How much money should I bring?

Depending on your lifestyle and spending habits, it should generally cost around USD 8-15 per day for basic spending including meals (not including accommodation and alcohol).

How is the Internet connection on the island?

Nusa Lembongan is well connected with reliable Wi-Fi in most hotels, hostels and cafes. Short stay sim cards are also cheap, and can be bought on arrival at Denpasar airport.

I am vegan/vegetarian, what are my options in Bali?

Bali offers both local and international vegan and vegetarian foods. There are many healthy and delicious options, from smoothie bowls and veggie burgers to tofu salads and hummus platters. Some of our favorites with veggie friendly options are Ginger and Jamu, Eco Deli and Tigerlilys.

Can my partner/family join me if he/she is not attending the course?

Yes, friends, family and partners are welcome. There is plenty of accommodation on the island suitable for couples and larger groups. On course days, friends and/or family can enjoy the activities in the area or take a short day trip to nearby parts of the island.

What is hybrid yoga teacher training?

Hybrid yoga teacher training combines online learning modules with an in-person immersion experience. You complete theoretical study (anatomy, philosophy) remotely, then join an intensive on-site training for hands-on practice and teaching methodology.

Is the hybrid certification the same as full in-person?

Yes, both formats result in the same Yoga Alliance 200-hour RYT Certification. The hybrid format simply offers more flexibility in how you complete the training.

Can I complete online modules before or after Bali?

Yes, the hybrid program offers flexibility to complete online modules either before or after your 12-day Bali immersion. We recommend completing them before for the best preparation.

Is hybrid training cheaper than full in-person?

Yes, hybrid training starts at $1,500 compared to $2,950 for the full 23-day program, making it the most affordable certification option.

How long do I have to complete the hybrid training?

There is no strict deadline. You can complete the online modules at your own pace before or after the in-person immersion.

Do I need yoga experience for hybrid training?

Basic yoga practice is recommended. We suggest practicing at least 3 times weekly for 2-3 months before your Bali immersion.
