Yoga Teacher Training Testimonials & Reviews

What is Yoga for you ?
That was the first question the teacher asked us. At first, it was a lot about physical sensations and I wondered how to align that practice with my mind. After this amazing experience, Yoga for me is much more!
It is the time to recharge, to refill, to recover until I am me again. Getting on my mat means showing up for myself and checking in for myself. We rarely take the time during the day to stop and ask ourselves how we are feeling. The time on my mat is the time for me just to do that and this is really precious.
I dare, need and like to dream. I let my imagination roam free on my mat as in my life. We are as free as we allow ourselves to be. For me, Yoga is the time I start to quiet my little monkey mind and just be, feel all the feels - the good and the bad - and face the things I’ve ran away from. Yoga is my reminder to be present. Life moves far too quickly to be living in a time other than this moment. Thanks a lot!

I couldn’t imagine that it would be possible for me to teach and more than that, to teach yoga and more than that, to teach yoga in english.
When I decided to join the training, I didn’t know what to expect. I was a bit scared as far as I wasn’t (and still not) an expert. Also, I was a bit scared because I would probably be one of the oldest and I am a really introvert person.
Everybody, teachers and students, gave me the place and the space and I felt myself as a real part of it. I very quickly figured out that we are/were all of us there for the same aim: yoga and deepening our practice and knowledge about it. Everyone was so supportive.
I liked the way we practiced, we met everyday, worked hard and the way we are all part of a team, the yoga family. Thanks to you for making it come true.

I had an amazing adventure with All yoga. I loved the way they builded the course, a very clever way of learning. I especially loved the asana clinics, going deeper into the movement/pose for teaching purposes and for deepening my own practice. I loved the energy and passion from the teachers , you feel their enthusiasm for yoga. I love that.

The course was everything and more !
It challenges you mentally, it challenges physically and challenges you emotionally.
Through the course I have learned so much that I am glad I have every note and resource to reflect back and remind me. I feel confident to start my teaching and develop further, while also excited to continue my training into 300h, maybe with AllYoga!
Constructively: midway through the course it would be nice to receive feedback from teachers to understand progression, improvements and positives.

David, Louise and Lauren all brought something special in their own individual ways to the course. The course challenged me in so many ways. I’m not used to such big days as I only work part time, so getting through the 23 days was a massive achievement for me.
The course transformed my idea of whatI thought yoga was. It’s not just a class, it’s a way of life. And I will continue to live a yogic lifestyle as it gives me focus and so many tools to manage my mental health.

I really like the hands-on experience when teaching. If I didn’t come to the training, I wouldn’t know that I could teach like this now. I found the adjustment and Savasana adjustment classes very helpful to me and I do think that we can have some homework or test on the adjustments because I think it is really important for being a yoga teacher.
The yoga philosophy classes are my favorite of all, and the vinyasa classes as well. The yoga philosophy classes opened up a whole new window for my understanding of yoga. And the vinyasa classes were so much fun and useful!

I’ve been practicing yoga since 2020 mostly by myself during the quarantine and the main reason for choosing this course was to deepen my practice and I definitely felt that I’ve gained so much more knowledge and experience that I was expecting since being here. The teachers are absolutely amazing and they gave us a very complete level of education during these 3 weeks. It felt like a complete lifetime of learning not only about asana practice but also breath control and meditation. Besides that, we also had very interesting lectures about philosophy of yoga, anatomy and even Sanskrit language. It has been an incredible journey and I really recommend this course to anyone not only who wants to teach yoga but also who want to deepen their own practice. Thank you so much David, Charlotte and Louise, and the All Yoga school.

This teacher training was way more than a teacher training! During this journey I learnt so much knowledge but also about myself and the others. I went through all the emotions in this amazing place and with these amazing humans. I really like the quality of the classes, the teachers are just amazing, they do all they can to make us good teachers. We learned so much about all of the aspects of yoga that I will include in my future classes. Really loved all of this month. Thank you David, Charlotte and Louise.

I had an amazing experience in this training! It was definitely tiring on my body, the long days and yoga every day! But I was happy to show up every day! I definitely feel like I was able to both deepen my practice but also the daily pranayama and meditation. All three teachers were incredible, helpful and friendly, but also fun! I enjoyed the workshops, practicing teaching and getting better at poses I struggled with. I may have to come back for the 300 hour

The All Yoga 200 hours has been life-changing! Yoga is more than sequences of postures- it is a lifestyle and it is wellness for both the mind and body. Thank you David, Charlotte and Louise for showing me that, and for your incredible guidance, patience, love and sunny smiles- you have been the best guides anyone could wish for. I highly recommend this course to anyone hoping to become a teacher. The course is jam-packed and wil allow you to consider whether yoga teaching is for you, and in the meantime, develop your own practice. Have laughed, cried and got stronger! Namaste!
