David Yoga Teacher Lead Trainer, E-RYT 200 / RYT 500 David Adam

David is a Spaniard that has been living abroad for more than twenty years. He started his yogic journey in Portugal, mostly to complement his career as a professional contemporary dancer. After moving to Thailand in 2009, David was introduced to Ashtanga-vinyasa Yoga where his true yoga identity started to take shape. As a very active person, both mentally and physically, Yoga shows him how to enjoy the stillness and quietness of Life, bringing him balance through daily practice and conscious breathing.

David has had the opportunity to study with a variety of teachers worldwide. His classes are challenging, yet lighthearted, with focus on transformation.

Marcela is originally from Brazil but spends most of her time in Thailand, Bali and Europe teaching Yoga Teacher Trainings, Immersions and Retreats. In her 10 years of experience, she has taught more than 15 Teacher Trainings and certified over 300 Yoga Teachers from all over the world.

Marcela is a 500-hour RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) with Yoga Alliance, trained in 5 Elements Yoga Therapy, Ashtanga, Rocket Vinyasa and Yin Yoga and co-Founder of the 5 Elements Wisdom Academy.

Shivaani Yoga Teacher TRAINER, E-RYT 200 Shivaani

Hailing from South India, Shivaani was immersed in yoga by age three. Between the age of four and eight she graced National Yoga competitions, showcasing her budding talent. Her commitment & discipline deepened over the years, by practicing with various teachers in India. In 2022, she was inspired to deepen her practice further & took her first 200hrs Ashtanga Vinyasa certification from All Yoga, Bali. Passionate about teaching, she emphasizes body awareness and embodiment, weaving in mindfulness and gratitude to enrich her students’ and fellow teachers’ practices in India.

In addition to her yoga credentials, Shivaani is an ACE-certified Personal Trainer and has a 50-hour Pre/Postnatal Yoga certification. Beyond yoga, Shivaani’s interests extend to dance, parkour, table tennis, and pistol shooting.

Wendy’s background and interest in eastern and western philosophy led her to explore and study the workings of the mind, body and subtle energies of the universe. After exploring the philosophies and meditation from several traditions, she found her peace in Zen meditation and yoga. This helped Wendy to realize her true calling: to teach and share what she has learnt about yoga and meditation. Having diverse trainings in yoga, philosophy, meditation, anatomy and therapy, Wendy seeks a balanced and complete view of one’s practice and spiritual development.

Founder and director of Yoga Seeds (Singapore), Wendy hosts regular yoga retreats and conducts trainings in locations all over Asia.

As an international fitness instructor and trainer, Seline has crushed the industry since 2005 when her journey with yoga began. As she discovered the perfect balance between strength and flexibility, she found the way in which she perceived life was also evolving. Through weaving meditation and pranayama into her practice, she realised how integral and transformational self-care and stillness techniques are to incorporate into her day.

Teaching over 15 200hr Yoga Teacher Trainings in Bali, Thailand and Australia, Seline shared her knowledge with over 300 students reaching across the entire globe. As well as Yoga, as a movement coach Seline teaches handstands, strength and mobility, which heavily influence her strong, challenging yet gentle and fun classes.

Tobias is a licensed practitioner of Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture, bodyworker and therapist with over 15 years of experience and have treated more than 15.000 clients.

Dedicated to learn as much as he could about the different practises and healing arts. At the age of 26 (2004), he went back to Denmark and worked in a busy clinic in the heart of Copenhagen offering his services of bodywork, healing and meditations, while studying Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture, Anatomy, Physiology, Pharmacology, Pathology,Hypnosis Therapy, Neurolinguistic Programming, 5 Element Yoga Therapy and Chinese Face Reading, that could all be weaved together and compliment each other to form Tobias´s unique approach.

Andrew’s interest in human mechanics was ignited at a very early age, starting with judo at age 6 and his teacher insisting on the notion that alignment, compression and extension is all. Later, his GungFu Sifu(s) introducing him to the idea that muscle played a very small role in force generation, that indeed it is the “body’s – silk” (read fascia) that linked movement from the core to the limbs.

Since, Andrew has studied with many movement teachers, body workers and therapists, working with world class elite athletes and the general public.

Restunning Yoga Teacher Anatomy Teacher Restuning Sandini

Growing up in Indonesia, Restuning has always enjoyed an active lifestyle. She is an adventurous outdoor woman with a passion for the ocean. She started her yoga journey in an ashtanga style in 2007 to get back in shape after her pregnancy. In 2014, Restuning completed a Yoga Alliance 200 hour teacher training in Bali, Indonesia. Straight after that, she combined yoga and ocean adventures and introduced an ocean adventure and yoga retreat for the first time in Atauro Island, Timor-Leste. Restuning continued her Yoga Alliance education and achieved 500hour training in 2015. Powered by the natural leadership skills that brought her to be a prominent dive instructor trainer, Restuning taught many Yoga Teacher Training in 2015-2017.

David Lertsin

Born from a Thai father and a French mother, David grew up with a cross-cultural understanding that combined the best from both East and West. He was able to manifest in himself a bridge between Asian spirituality with the rationality and freedom of thoughts from European philosophy.

Since childhood, David’s interest in the Orient has been reflected in his dedication to martial arts. His expressive power was balanced through early initiation to Zen meditation under Zen masters, and later into silent meditation of the Vipassana practice. He earned his black belts in Judo and Jiu-Jitsu by the age of 20, and began teaching these disciplines soon after as his teacher’s assistant

.

The following step from martial arts to Yoga was very natural. He was introduced to Yoga at the age of 21 and immediately knew this practice would be the perfect complement to his Spiritual journey.

Trained by the late renowned Yoga teacher Larry Schultz, he soon gained recognition and become Larry’s partner for his entry into Asia.

David not only practice yoga for the healing aspect but also as a moving meditation reaching higher stage of Inner Silence and insight. His Vinyasa Rocket classes are dynamic and grounded in a natural flow, helping students to grow in their practice and building in them more confidence, strength, and mindfulness on and off the mat.

David is a very inspiring teacher and his personalized style based on his background is the perfect way to let go of tensions and go deeper into a practice that will bring joy, happiness, compassion and a deeper understanding of the True Self.

Vari Morales

Vari was born in New York and grew up in the Bronx. Both of his parents immigrated from Puerto Rico and he learned at an early age that life has its challenges. In his 20s, he was seeking spiritual growth and looked for meaning and purpose in life, so he volunteered at Kripalu Center for 1 year of Karma yoga. During his time at Kripalu, Vari studied with many teachers and learned about various philosophies in yoga and Thai massage. He delved into studies about energy, breath work, observing self, intentions, letting go; allowing yoga to work its subtle magic, see our true selves, and experience pure unlimited potential. Vari’s teaching style is influenced from his many years of yoga practice, experiences at Kripalu and numerous pilgrimages to India while he studied in Mysore, Rishikesh, and Dharamsala.

Vari’s teaching philosophy is rooted in the mindful connection to breath regardless of the style of yoga one is practicing. As breath is life, nothing else is possible without it. For nearly a decade, Vari has been a dedicated yoga teacher sharing his passion and inspiring others on a daily basis. Traveling internationally, he teaches in the USA, India, Indonesia, Thailand, Japan, Central America and Europe.

Currently residing in Chiang Mai, Thailand, every day he is grateful for his students and the ability to continue along this wonderful journey. When Wendy’s not traveling, she’s back home in Singapore, teaching in various settings, including corporate yoga classes, yoga for children, private yoga sessions, regular studio sessions and also community classes for the underprivileged. In fact, she teaches anywhere that she can unroll her mat! An ambassador for Yoga Gives Back, she organizes regular fundraisers and classes for charity and is deeply committed to giving back to the community. Annie Au

Creator of the Soulful Yin Yoga Method, the only teacher training that specializes in the emotional side of yin yoga and Chinese meridians. Annie embarked on her spiritual journey over 10 years ago. Struggled with anxiety most of her adult life, Annie was tired of living life in chronic fear & despair, she searched for ways to reclaim her happiness. In the last decade, Annie traveled around the world leading yoga teacher trainings while exploring her own spiritual path.

From studying Taoism and Chinese meridians, Anne recognizes the intrinsic connection between our body and emotions. If our physical health declines, it directly affects our mood and therefore affects how we make choices in life. This finding has propelled Annie to create a course that helps others to connect with their emotions so that they can cultivate balances in life.

Applying the decade of experiences and knowledge Annie has acquired, her signature Soulful Yin Yoga Method is designed to help others become a master of their own emotions so that they can be in tune with their truest selves.

Annie holds a Bachelor Degree in Human Kinetics from the University of British Columbia. She is trained in Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) and specializes in yoga anatomy. Aaron Wickramasekara

Aaron is a RYT-500 yoga teacher trainer who offers a deep knowledge from his diverse studies in various forms of yoga; he is also a personal fitness coach and a former professional Muay Thai kickboxing athlete.

Aaron approaches all yoga principles & practices in a rather non-dogmatic manner and offers them to his students in the context of the modern world. He helps his students understand and implement these principles and values into their lives in the most sustainable way. As a teacher, Aaron’s goal is to help his students reach their potential growth by building a daily yoga practice both on and off the mat. Through his approach, Aaron guides his students on their way in achieving their goals.

Aaron now travels around the world conducting yoga teacher training programs in countries such as France, Mexico, Bali, Thailand & Sri Lanka.

In his capacity as a Master Personal Trainer, a deep tissue masseuse (using cupping, dry-needling), as the Physical Training Officer for the Fire & Rescue Service of Western Australia, movement coach and physiology & anatomy lead teacher for a number of YTT’s, he delved deep into why we can do what we do.

Growing up in Indonesia, Restuning has always enjoyed an active lifestyle. She is an adventurous outdoor woman with a passion for the ocean. She started her yoga journey in an ashtanga style in 2007 to get back in shape after her pregnancy. In 2014, Restuning completed a Yoga Alliance 200 hour teacher training in Bali, Indonesia. Straight after that, she combined yoga and ocean adventures and introduced an ocean adventure and yoga retreat for the first time in Atauro Island, Timor-Leste. Restuning continued her Yoga Alliance education and achieved 500hour training in 2015. Powered by the natural leadership skills that brought her to be a prominent dive instructor trainer, Restuning taught many Yoga Teacher Training in 2015-2017.

Her fun and adventurous nature bring her to many styles of yoga. Restuning teaches Iyengar- based classes, Vinyasa Flow, Yin yoga, Senior yoga, and lately she pumps up the speed in the class by teaching high-intensity yoga. In addition to her yoga career, Restuning is a Reiki Master in Usui Lineage trained by Catherine Wheeler and an Angel Guide Reader trained by Kyle Gray. She is familiar with breathwork technique as part of her Freediving Instructor skill but has a more thorough training with Michael Bijker.

Beyond the spirituality realm, Restuning is a respected PADI Course Director in the region and is the only Indonesian female dive instructor trainer. She conducted many yoga retreats in a combination of breathwork and ocean skills up to date. Join her class to get into the dynamic ocean energy!

Apoorva

Namaste. Apoorva here, I am brought up in a culturally rich spiritual family. hence, since my childhood I’ve been exposed to vedas, upanishads and Indian culture. At a very tender age we started conversing in Sanskrit, Learning and chanting mantras from the Vedas and the Upanishads at home. In my teenage I was exposed to Yoga from Prashanthi kuteeram, which is now globally known as Svyasa yoga university.

Later on along with my family, We started a gurukulam (traditional Vedic school) for girls for free, the education system physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually empowers girls with ancient Indian wisdom.

From, 2016 onwards with my exposure and experience in teaching, I’ve travelled to many countries spreading the beauty and knowledge of Indian Scriptures (Teaching shlokas, mantras, yoga philosophy and Bhagavadgita).

We also conduct short term Yoga and cultural retreats (in Mysore) to connect people deeply into the riveting cultural and spiritual roots of India. Post the pandemic I am seriously pursuing studies in Advaitha Vedanta Philosophy under my teacher Swami Visharadananda Saraswati and Dr. KK Subramani. Along side I am Pursuing my M.Sc in Yoga therapy.

In this world of hundreds of conscious living beings, I’ve truly been a blessed soul to get this opportunity to study and practice such divine knowledge. I shall continue to be learning and sharing this knowledge of love, light and liberation.
